Job Summary
As a Ground Operation Administrative Agent at Airport Terminal Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of various aircraft service functions for airline customers while the aircraft is at the gate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate deicing, lavatory dumping, and refueling services for airline customers
- Perform routine administrative duties, including GSE fluid inspections and equipment maintenance
- Serve as liaison with airline customers, pilots, and ATS operations department
- Direct and assist ramp agents with ground handling duties
Requirements
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
