Cocktail Specialist

Are you passionate about crafting exquisite beverages and delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Beverage Service Expert at The Rose Gaming Resort, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our patrons through your mixology skills and outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with guests in a welcoming manner, efficiently serving a variety of drinks while managing multiple orders seamlessly. Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, prepare garnishes, and ensure that all supplies are readily available.
• Confirm guests' age, process payments, and manage cash transactions with precision. Take charge of liquor inventory management and assist in organizing special events.
• Stay informed on drink recipes, pricing, and presentation standards. Take scheduled breaks, uphold a professional appearance, and adhere to all operational guidelines.
• Comply with regulatory standards, participate in training sessions, and ensure adherence to local laws. Support responsible gaming initiatives and report any inappropriate behavior.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the gaming or hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Formal Bartender Training and/or relevant experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

Virginia Racing Commission License

Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
