We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at The Rose Gaming Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Customer Service: Communicate with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, expediting large quantities of drinks efficiently and accurately during peak hours.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar top clean, ashtrays emptied, and trash removed. Prepare fresh fruit garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixers from scratch, and stock the bar at the start of each shift.
• Payment and Inventory: Verify the legal age of all guests, ensure payment collection for each drink or round of drinks, and manage the bar's inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Teamwork: Assist with special projects, such as monthly meetings, banquets, and concerts, and maintain a clean and organized uniform.
• Knowledge and Skills: Maintain knowledge of all drinks, recipes, and beer items available, including prices and garnishing techniques.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: Casino or hospitality experience preferred, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Licenses and Certifications: Virginia Racing Commission License and a valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours, lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs, and work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
