Are you passionate about crafting exquisite drinks and delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Beverage Service Expert at The Rose Gaming Resort, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests by preparing a variety of refreshing beverages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with patrons in a welcoming manner, efficiently serving drinks and managing multiple orders simultaneously. Maintain a tidy and organized bar area, prepare garnishes, and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.
• Confirm guests' age, process payments, and accurately handle cash transactions. Take charge of liquor inventory management and assist in coordinating special events.
• Stay knowledgeable about drink recipes, pricing, and presentation standards. Take regular breaks, maintain a professional appearance, and adhere to all operational guidelines.
• Comply with regulatory standards, participate in training sessions, and ensure adherence to local laws. Support responsible gaming initiatives and report any inappropriate behavior.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the gaming or hospitality sector is advantageous.
• Completion of Bartender Training and/or relevant experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

Virginia Racing Commission License

Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
