Clinical Radiology Coordinator

Job Summary:
CareerNation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Radiology Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for scheduling exams, providing exceptional patient service, and supporting the department to maximize schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer patient inquiries and guide them through the scheduling process.
- Schedule radiology procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Update patient information in our medical system.
- Communicate with physicians, medical offices, patients, and insurance companies.
- Perform insurance verifications and authorizations.
- Participate in projects and meetings, and complete tasks assigned by management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and radiology procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a medical practice environment.
