Offer feedback on observable practices acquired from Model Lesson/Lesson Study opportunities. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize the Savvas Realize platform to illustrate assessment progress indicators. Differentiate instruction according to student requirements. Support for Administrators: Leverage Savvas program tools to identify implementation necessities. Observe strategies and practices employed in the instructional block and provide constructive feedback to educators. Comprehend and identify the educational philosophy, pedagogy, and foundational structure of the program. Coaching for Administrators: Classroom and instructional coaching. Facilitation of training sessions to support effective implementation. Provision of on-site technical assistance. Maintain regular communication with school and district leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in conducting workshops and coaching for educators. Familiarity with classroom-based technology integration. Experience in differentiated instruction. Knowledge of NCTM's eight effective mathematics teaching practices. Demonstrated success as a classroom educator with a minimum of five years of experience in grades 3-5, specifically in the Math content area. Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities. Understanding of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Ability to strategically plan and coach school leaders and classroom educators. Capacity to provide instructional support related to effective teaching strategies across various content areas using instructional technology. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent presentation skills for both large and small groups. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in scaffolding instruction for English Language Learners. Background in bilingual education. Strategies for scaffolding instruction for students with disabilities. Effective classroom use of instructional technology. Experience in virtual teaching and learning environments. Programs and services that support community engagement.
