About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PDM to join our team at Elizabeth's Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist PDM, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Physical Therapy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Experience working in a physical therapy setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient clinic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
