Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee retention.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
    • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and other receipts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a related role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
