Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide project management support for interdepartmental and cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the School Excellence leadership team and large department events.
  • Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of project workflow/lifecycle deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Executive Sponsors to develop project charters, goals, and objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and create supporting resources for the School Excellence Team and Franchise Owners.

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of skills and competencies, including:

  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission or bonuses based on personal and company performance.
  • 50% tuition reimbursement for up to three children and/or one grandchild at any Primrose School.

  • 401k with company matching up to 3.5% and company-provided life insurance.
