- Collect and process payments from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with insurance claims and billing to ensure seamless communication with patients and insurance providers.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient treatment planning.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proficient in dental software and able to navigate complex systems with ease.
- Excellent telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
