Job Title: Dental Financial Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dental financial manager to join our team at Preferred Dental Care.

Responsibilities:

* Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards
* Manage day-to-day operations, including administrative assistants and secretarial duties
* Oversee front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
* Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance
* Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of dental management experience
* Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
* Experience working front office and managing a dental office
