As a Program Manager within Google's Compliance, Safety and Risk Management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Industrial and Occupational Health programs to protect worker health and safety from workplace hazards.

This involves identifying and assessing potential risks, implementing control measures, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing training, investigating incidents, and promoting a positive occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety culture within the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and industrial hygiene, with experience in program or project management and a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.

As a member of the Data Center Environmental Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire lifecycle of our Technical Infrastructure meets our industry-leading EHS standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting workplace assessments and industrial hygiene studies to identify and evaluate chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
  • Developing and delivering occupational health and industrial hygiene training programs.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting occupational health and safety data to drive improvement.
