  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and requirements for software applications and integrations.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of business applications, data visualizations, and digital escalations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the adopted digital solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Ignition platform, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, workflow mapping, and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
