Customer Service Manager

The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations at Sciens Building Solutions. As the first point of contact for customers, this individual must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative inspections and emergency services.
- Analyze customer complaints, assess issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Process work orders, invoices, and purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer information in all databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive customer support.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five years of customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
