Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at NEP Group. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales and clients to design systems that meet their technical needs
  • Create complete project designs and turn them over to clients
  • Collaborate with project engineers and managers to plan installations, including equipment, labor, and supplies
  • Develop pre-sale build of materials and detailed engineering drawings
  • Assist sales in developing job scopes and maintain awareness of emerging solutions and technologies
  • Responsible for pre-sale site surveys and developing cable pull lists
  • Assist technicians with field questions and clarifications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical or electronic engineering preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of broadcast engineering experience
  • Experience with SMPTE 2110 integrations, including PTP and NMOS knowledge
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, direct, and supervise staff
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills and ability to prepare and present presentations to clients and employees
