Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Blue Yonder WMS Sr. Business Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation.
  • Make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints.
  • Have deep business and industry expertise, familiar with industry standards, and able to work at the boardroom and senior management level.
  • Experience with deep understanding of Blue Yonder WMS, including demand and supply planning capabilities.
  • At least 7 years' experience in supply chain management, ideally for BY WMS implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect an end-to-end WMS Solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Blue WMS tools both from a configuration and process standpoint.
  • Experience with multiple WMS implementations required.
  • Deep knowledge of systems integration points for BY WM.
  • Business background in a WMS role a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to architect an end-state integrated solution to meet business and functional requirements.
  • Ability to manage both business and IT client stakeholders, including managing to Director level and above.
  • Ability to lead a team, including multiple workstreams and both functional and technical tracks.
  • Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and IT.
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible and creative.
