Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor RN to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care services and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on patient care metrics and quality indicators.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or completion of BSN within 4 years of hire.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice or Compact license.
  • At least 3 years of current RN clinical experience, including management of critical and complex patients.
  • Leadership experience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Additional certifications such as PALS or National certification in area of practice.
