Aviation Repair Technologies (A.R.T.) is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specializing in structures, interiors, and accessories MRO services, Aircraft Maintenance, and End-of-Life Management, Parts Sales, and Logistics for new generation commercial and regional aircraft.

A.R.T. supports global aircraft operators from their state-of-the-art MROs located in Blytheville, Arkansas, and Doral, Florida.

A.R.T. is currently looking for a full-time Airframe Structures and Composite MRO Salesperson. This position is based in Doral, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent A.R.T.'s Structures and Composites MRO services
  • Develop strategic sales growth strategies
  • Establish sales growth through current and new customers
  • Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process
  • Maintain customer relationship for repeat business
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies
  • Promote and cross-sell all of A.R.T.'s MRO services
  • Provide sales and business development progress to the VP of Business Development
  • Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions
  • Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related professional field
  • 5 years prior experience in a MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations
  • Effective at closing Sales opportunities, negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to work regular business hours
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
