Job OverviewSun Com Mobile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our stores in Prattville, AL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop plans to drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
