Look no further We are looking to add a day-shift hospitalist to our team at Prattville Baptist Hospital near Montgomery, Alabama. This position offers a flexible block schedule working the 7a-7p shift with our skilled hospital medicine (HM) team Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM). 2025 residents and physicians requiring J-1 and H-1B Visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care during day shifts, including admissions and rounding Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Manage acute changes in clinical status and respond to medical emergencies Oversee the care of patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units, ICU and telemetry Serve as a resource for nursing staff and other healthcare providers Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of complex conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions Commitment to patient safety and quality care Interested in learning more?
