Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Electronics Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment for our RF and digital hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment for RF and digital hardware.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and support RF and digital hardware, including hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
  • Test Data Analysis: Analyze test data and identify early trends to improve product performance and delivery schedules.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with design engineering to develop and implement hardware improvements and solutions, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Product Yield Management: Monitor product yields and aggressively work to maintain program yield targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
  • Experience: 9 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
  • Skills: Proficiency in RF theory and concepts, digital circuit design, and MS Office tools.
  • Certifications: Active Department of Defense (DoD) interim secret level clearance or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with FPGA, LabWindows CVI, C/C++ programming, TestStand programming, and digital, analog.
