Job Description

The Client Advisor is a key role in providing exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth at VinFast US. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from prospect to purchase, tracking client and sales activity, and representing the values of VinFast US with every client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the VinFast US brand and values with every client interaction, generating excitement and passion for our products.
  • Engage with clients and fellow team members in a multi-level, matrixed, and client-centric environment, ensuring seamless client sales experiences.
  • Continually demonstrate excellence in all work activities, adhering to VinFast US brand standards and store safety.
  • Actively manage the pipeline of prospects and leads in the company database, focusing on influencing prospects to make vehicle purchases.
  • Master and maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality, becoming a subject matter expert in Electric Vehicles and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors to finalize purchases and address client questions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work with team members in other functional areas to ensure a seamless client sales experience, including Service, Inside Sales, DMV, Logistics, and more.
  • Contribute to a positive, innovative, and inclusive work environment, partnering with Store Management, Regional Management, Human Resources, and Facilities as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, client services, or sales.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software.
  • Professional communicator with verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License.
  • Valid driver's license and 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Innate curiosity and willingness for continuous learning, flexible to changing priorities, and a desire to create positive memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Automotive experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS office suite, Salesforce, CRM applications).
  • Flexibility with work hours and weekends.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The starting pay for this role is $30.00/hr.
