Key Responsibilities- Support Technology Infrastructure related strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for Professional Services, Managed Services, and Deliverables.
- Lead/support teams of key cross-functional stakeholders through structured strategic sourcing processes to develop superior commercial relationships with a wide range of Technology and Services suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise on business, legal, financial, technical, performance and security requirements.
- Accountable for up to $100M in annual spend.
- Work with Technology Services to leverage professional services vendors and to implement workforce strategy.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership, managers and vendors.
- Leverage the purchasing power of the enterprise to drive measurable improvements and increase Fiserv's competitive advantage.
- 6-10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience, or 4-year college degree + 7 years of experience in applicable field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, vendor management and/or client relationship management.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with Technology Infrastructure Leadership, Legal, Finance, and/or Risk.
- MBA and/or MS in Technology/Engineering
- Legal/Paralegal expertise
- CPM or CPSM Certifications
