Key Responsibilities:
The Web Support Engineer will act as the primary contact for Brokers and Lenders utilizing the BridgeLoanNetwork system. The responsibilities of this position will be divided as follows:

  • 60% Support: Addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues for users.
  • 30% Software Testing: Engaging in rigorous testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of our software.
  • 10% Project Management: Assisting in the coordination of various projects.

Technical Environment:
Our development and testing processes are conducted across multiple platforms, including both Windows and Linux, utilizing a range of commercial and Open Source tools.

Quality Assurance:
The role entails creating test plans to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software applications, which may vary in complexity.

Collaboration:
The Web Support Engineer will also contribute to the formulation of user stories, working closely with our developers and product owners. This includes:

  • Generating backlog items derived from customer feedback.
  • Identifying and documenting bugs encountered during support interactions.
