Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at our extended-stay hotel in Cranberry Township, PA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, including front desk operations, guest registration, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Guest Registration: Register guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
  • Financial Transactions: Balance transactions, reconcile accounts, and perform other financial duties as required.
  • Security Walks: Conduct security walks of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic arithmetic functions.
