We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Cranberry. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Process and reconcile transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
