Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Cranberry. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight shift. This includes registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, and balancing transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out efficiently.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Security: Conduct security walks and ensure that all areas of the hotel are secure.
  • Communication: Maintain radio contact with other associates during the shift and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
