The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day clerical activities in the Lab office, overseeing tasks to ensure completion, and maintaining accurate records.



Required Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Demonstrated ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
  • Ability to operate applicable office equipment
  • Effectiveness in dealing interdepartmentally and with the public
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and think independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to critical details and accuracy
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
  • General knowledge and proficiency in compliance laws, phlebotomy, medical laboratory terminology, and safety precautions
  • Legible handwriting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software


Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees


A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and one year of experience in phlebotomy is also preferred.
