Job Responsibilities
1. Manage all operational equipment effectively.
2. Organize and transfer ingredients from the delivery area to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
3. Prepare food products according to company standards.
4. Handle and process customer orders received via telephone.
5. Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
6. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
Training
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
Proficient in verbal communication with customers and colleagues to facilitate order processing both over the phone and in person using our touch screen system.
Essential Functions/Skills1. Proficient in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with the ability to use a calculator when necessary. Must be capable of providing accurate monetary change.
2. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
3. Excellent motor coordination to perform precise movements quickly and accurately.
4. Competent in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
