Position Title: Building Systems Engineer
Role Overview:- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
- Oversee and maintain utility systems, building infrastructure, and related controls.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repairs to guarantee optimal system functionality.
- Manage minor projects and offer after-hours assistance.
- Contribute knowledge and expertise to team members.
- Capability to interpret engineering and construction schematics.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, quality assurance systems, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Familiarity with tool maintenance and possession of EPA Section 608 Universal certification.
- Expertise in HVAC & Controls, water systems, electrical systems, and associated controls.
- Readiness to work extended hours, holidays, weekends, and varied shifts.

Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
