Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for Order Management Specialists to handle logistics and order oversight. The role encompasses managing order routing, coordinating shipments, and promptly addressing any order-related concerns.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage order routing and schedule pickups with transportation providers.
  • Keep accurate shipping records and guarantee timely dispatch of orders.
  • Generate Bills of Lading and handle shipment notifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales department regarding order updates and challenges.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels.
  • Revise customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in order routing.
  • Familiarity with retailer distribution center routing and the ability to interpret routing guidelines.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
8-hour shifts with potential for overtime
