Job Title: Traffic Specialist

iFIT is seeking a highly skilled Traffic Specialist to join our team in Beaumont, CA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the "Mat First Delivery" process to improve consumer experience
  • Ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) score at or above 97% for FY25
  • Streamline Walmart OTIF processes to eliminate chargebacks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Traffic Specialist will be responsible for tracking and tracing inbound international and domestic freight for all distribution centers, processing inbound traffic, shipping confirming and receiving purchase orders.

Additionally, the Traffic Specialist will handle freight, truck load, less-than-container load, dray freight, and airfreight, as well as set up reporting for management.

  • Tracking and tracing containers, air freight, and domestic shipments
  • Auditing and approving accessorial charges, freight bills to ensure correct rates have been applied
  • Making delivery appointments and empty container notifications
  • Verifying commercial invoices and packing lists for international shipments
  • Creating commercial invoices and packing lists for international shipments
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented with experience in Excel, Word, 10 key, and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with other freight companies' websites for communication
  • Dependable and willing to work hard
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Math skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • WMS and ERP experience preferred
  • Experience in International Freight and Ocean Dray/Detention/Demerge preferred
