Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Bancroft. As a Senior BCBA, you will play a key role in providing leadership and supervision to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Senior BCBA, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical supervision to assigned clients, including functional analyses, preference and reinforcer assessments, and treatment evaluations.
  • Engaging in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
  • Coordinating and leading clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of clients.
  • Supervising behavior analysts and clinical specialists, identifying training needs, and developing and conducting training to ensure quality behavioral services are delivered.
  • Conducting admission screenings, admission evaluations, and intake assessments, overseeing the admission, transition, and discharge processes.
  • Completing submissions for funding sources and leading the clinical authorization process, ensuring complete documentation and billing of services.
  • Leading parent and caregiver training on effective implementation of treatment protocols.
  • Conducting and presenting research to internal and external audiences.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior.
  • Prior experience in single-subject research is preferred.
