Job Summary:

The Account Executive-Benefits will work closely with a senior producer to manage their book of business, maintain a strong client relationship, and facilitate the sales and administrative processes for Property and Casualty clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the existing book of business to ensure complete client satisfaction and fulfillment of all coverage and servicing commitments.
  • Assist the producer in achieving new business and retention goals by seeking new lines of coverage for current and new clients and acting on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure review of existing plans/coverages is completed for new clients.
  • Position is hybrid based on experience.
Requirements:
  • Insurance Benefits experience with mid-large size groups.
  • Insurance license.
