PT Store Employment Associate

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Employment Associate. In this role, you'll act as a liaison between team members and management, assist with navigating our MyRewardsEveryday website, complete pre-screenings, and maintain records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the hiring process, including reviewing applications, completing pre-screenings, setting up interviews, and assisting with external job postings.
- Oversee the completion of new hire computer-based training and ensure new team members are scheduled for on-the-job training.
- Ensure completion of required annual computer-based training throughout the year.
- Manage inventory levels of uniforms and supplies.
- Work with management to plan and execute various events throughout the store, such as job fairs and recruiting events.
- Maintain confidential records and proper disposal of records after the retention period has ended.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
- Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
- Shift hours: minimum 8-hour shifts
- Job cycles: continual
- Max lift/carry: 25 lbs.
- Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%
