Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Beer Garden Lead Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for facilitating orders, scheduling work and production, supervising and training team members, receiving, storing, and stocking items, and ensuring all department tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review work schedules, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including record retention, sale, and consumption policies, and maintain Reasonable Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification.
  • Act as a liaison between the store and vendor community, setting up in-store demos, making C.O.D. payments, and maintaining item variety and in-stock position.
  • Complete orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, and check dates and react to items going out of code.
  • Set up and stock end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and perform resets.
  • Load cardboard cartons onto U-boats and take them to the bailer.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must be of minimum age as required by state Liquor code.
Preferred Requirements
  • Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures.
  • Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
  • Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training.
  • Must complete and follow Confined Space training.
  • Must complete Right-to-Know training.
