- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and safety in all aspects of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, embracing new knowledge and technologies.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives, ensuring a secure and high-quality patient care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- PALS within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC or ATCN within 6 months of hire.
- NIHSS within 6 months of Hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
