Job Title: Assistant Director/Associate, Logistics, Administration

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a proactive and confident Assistant Director/Associate to join our Logistics, Administration and Event Management Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, payment, and fixed assets management.
  • Supervise Admin staff and provide guidance on administrative policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with MAS departments and external parties to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in admin/finance functions is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution.
