The Healthcare Support Specialist will be responsible for administering medications and immunizations, recording vital signs, managing inventory of necessary supplies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.

Position Details:
Full-time, Non-exempt position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program is preferred.

Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, with successful completion of recognized certification exams within three months of hire.

Five or more years of relevant experience in primary medical care may substitute for formal training, provided eligibility for certification exams is met.

A valid CPR certification is required upon hire, with recertification every two years.

Experience in an ambulatory care setting is preferred.
