At Victoire Health Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, toileting, and mobility transfers.
- Prepare and serve meals, promoting a healthy and nourishing environment.
- Engage in socializing activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among patients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients with care and precision.
