Position Overview

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a motivated and empathetic candidate for our Entry Level Graphic Designer position. This role is based in Oklahoma City and involves collaboration across various departments such as marketing, clinical, compliance, and operational support, under the guidance of the Director of Graphic Design.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Graphic Design to create high-quality visual materials for both print and digital platforms, including handbooks, brochures, flyers, signage, promotional items, presentations, and online content.
  • Engage with team members to conceptualize and execute projects effectively, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Maintain and update collateral materials to reflect current branding.
  • Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all materials align with established brand standards and voice.
  • Verify compliance of all materials prior to distribution.
  • Provide and receive creative direction, integrating feedback into design projects.
  • Oversee workflow for a variety of design initiatives.
  • Update social media content and manage related resources.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the internal company intranet.
  • Support additional projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel are necessary).
  • Familiar with web design tools, particularly WordPress.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of deriving design solutions from diverse data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from others.
