Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our enterprise quality standards (EQS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with the established EQS.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors, to ensure all aspects of our operations meet the highest quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards and ensure these are incorporated into our EQS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing quality standards in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and other relevant IT tools.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
