Cath Lab Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Methodist Hospital of Nebraska Methodist Health System.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our cardiologists and patients in the Cath Lab. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for imaging
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and echocardiography machines
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience in a Cath Lab or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
