  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of Yardi's digital marketing services and client consultation procedures, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with training of Associate Marketing Specialists and collaborate with all Yardi teams to share knowledge and develop and test new strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years' digital marketing experience.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • PPC Expertise: Working knowledge of PPC tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Marketing Platforms: Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Content Management: Knowledge of current content management systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
