Salary
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Veterinary Technician - Trauma Hospital Specialist at the Arizona Humane Society, you will play a vital role in providing critical care to injured and sick animals. You will assist veterinarians in surgical procedures, laboratory diagnostics, and patient care. Your expertise will help ensure the highest level of care for our furry friends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a veterinary technician program, and 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic. You should also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Chameleon software is a plus.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. There may be occasional exposure to wet floors, animal noises, odors, and dander. Most time will be spent in a typical air-conditioned and heated office environment.
