Role Overview:
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will deliver care to residents in alignment with their individual assessments and care plans, under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include:
- Completing assigned tasks to ensure safe and efficient care.
- Engaging in effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Work Schedule:
We offer flexible scheduling options with three shifts available. We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time team members to join our rotating schedule:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Compensation:

Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Aide Certification in good standing
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in personal care within a healthcare setting
- CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents under the guidance of nursing staff.
- Implement care plans that respect the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of residents.
- Provide direct care and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect for residents and colleagues.
