Plastics Process Engineer

As an experienced Injection Molding Engineer, you will coordinate a production team across various manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve injection molded products and processing.
- Developing process and product monitoring protocols that comply with FDA regulations.
- Providing technical direction and troubleshooting support for the team.
- Applying Lean principles to develop creative solutions.
This hands-on role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Plastics or Mechanical preferred).
- Experience in molding, mold-making, and tooling in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills in CAD, statistical analysis, and statistical process control.
- Recent experience with FDA-regulated environments.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
