About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Guggenheim Museum gift shops. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and assist with day-to-day store operations
  • Ensure guests have a best-in-class shopping experience
  • Engage with guests to create an entertaining, fun, and memorable experience
  • Qualifications:
    • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
    • Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
    • Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and effectively communicate product features
    • Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards customers, team members, and venue staff
    • Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is a plus

The Sales Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
