Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled RNs and LPNs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a private duty nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current PPD or chest X-ray
  • Current BLS certification
  • One year of prior nursing experience preferred
