Utility Worker S-Lap Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Utility Worker S-Lap to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manually spherical lap inner diameters to planning instructions or drawing requirements using a conventional drill press.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a conventional drill press per lead's instructions.
- Make necessary machine adjustments, such as simple time and pressure corrections, to maintain part target size.
- Understand basic machining measurements, necessary for stock removal.
- Measure parts with a caliper and check threads with a thread gauge.
- Follow verbal instructions to meet cell objectives.
- Follow written instructions on printed work orders.
- Communicate process information back to the lead for process improvement.
This role requires the ability to sit and stand frequently throughout the shift, as well as repeated walking from the work area to the wash tank and to the part gauging area. Additionally, the ability to lift at least 25 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads, is necessary.
